Birthsigns are fixed and available from the game start via a power given to your character
You can craft a “Potion of Unclear Destiny” (made from Unknown Solvents found usually at the end of guild questlines) which removes your current standing stone, allowing you to choose a new stone manually from the game world

Effects that give flat magicka regeneration do not work
Magicka can only be restored via sleeping. Well-rested sleep (inns, player owned homes) restores Magicka fully. Normal rested sleep (beds in bandit camps, caves, etc.) will only recover your Magicka to 20% of your maximum. Werewolves will not restore magicka by sleeping as they cannot get restful sleep.

You can choose to permanently remove the spit power in exchange for the "Poison Infusion" ability, a toggle which allows your weapons to deal poison damage for extra stamina cost. Damage values and effects are the same as the poison spit ability and it scales the same with level.

“Invoke Invisibility” lesser power which grants invisibility which lasts until under 30 stamina or you use the power again. Drains 5.5 stamina and per second while in use and will also lower your base stamina rate by 0.75 to avoid infinite invisibility. Being in a lit area will blind you, and end the invisibility if you remain in the light. Higher sneak skill will allow you to remain invisible in areas with a higher light value.
10% chance to avoid damage from physical attacks.
“Invoke Darkness” lesser power that costs stamina, completely blinds a target for 10 seconds, and makes you invisible for 1 second.
