Most divines has two “free” boons, a scaling boon that increases in strength according to something the divine likes, and a “capstone” boon that is given after accomplishing a single, particularly impressive deed that the divine would care about (also known as becoming their champion).
Most daedra have a detrimental effect, a “free” boon, a scaling boon, and a “capstone” boon.
"Good daedra" (aka the Reclemations) are Azura, Boethiah, and Mephala.
"Bad daedra" (aka the House of Troubles) are Molag Bal, Malacath, Sheogorath, and Mehrunes Dagon.
You now start the game with a "Choose Blessing" power that starts you off worshipping the deity of your choice.
“Redemption” perk is found in the restoration tree and may be taken a single time to clear all of your current items stolen, murders, and lifetime bounty, though it will not exonerate members of the Thieves Guild/Dark Brotherhood/Castle Volkihar, or clear Divine-specific transgressions such as poison usage or taking illusion perks
Blessings are now constant effect abilities when applied to the player - this way they won’t be dispelled by Elder Scroll, Cleansing, etc.
Charms for daedric princes can now be found on mages and sold by Enthir, they are one time use items that grant a specific daedric blessing to the player.
The Amulets associated with each of the Nine Divines grant their followers double the bonus, or quadrupled if champion.
Most non-daedric blessing effects are half as strong for vampires. All non-daedric gods shun those who accept Harkon's gift and join Castle Volkihar.
