The pickpocketing tree has been heavily overhauled into the new Dexterity tree. There are still pickpocketing perks, but you will find new branches:
Dual wielding perks, some of which unlock the ability to move while using dual wield normal (and power) attacks.
Unarmed perks and the ability to make fist weapons that allow you to use different damage types (and enchantments) while unarmed.
Bow/Dagger attack speed perks.
Pickpocketing is now more generally useful. Most citizens will carry a modest amount of gold and jewelry and may have useful items like food or potions. Some of the richer citizens can carry much more gold and have enchanted items.
Unarmed has two, exclusive perk lines: Brawler and Grappler. You unlock a unique stance for unarmed on rank 2 of these perks. (See Weapons page)
Brawler: Improves your attack and movement speed while unarmed. Rank 2 unlocks access to the Pressure Points stance, allowing you to absorb 3% movement speed per strike from enemies for 15 seconds when you land an unblocked power attack.
Grappler: Improves your ability to control enemies, allowing you to disarm or knockdown with power attacks. Rank 2 unlocks access to the Leeching Palm stance, allowing you to absorb 30 armor per strike from enemies for 15 seconds when you land an unblocked power attack.
