Who can use the scroll saw? 

In addition to the Shop Orientation, you must receive Proficiency Training from Shop staff before using the scroll saw. 

What is the scroll saw used for?

The scroll saw is best used for detailed, curved, and/or ornate cuts. It can also be used to cut a section out of the middle of a piece without cutting in from the edge.

What are the clearances? 

The Jet JWSS-22B has a 22" (55 cm) throat and can cut material up to 2" (5 cm) thick. The arm can tilt 45 degrees left and right.
