Who can use the horizontal bandsaw? 

In addition to the Shop Orientation, you must receive Proficiency Training from Shop staff before using the horizontal bandsaw. 

What is the horizontal bandsaw used for?

This saw efficiently cuts metal stock such as angle iron or tube stock to length at mitered and square angles. 

What are the clearances? 

The Baileigh 250M can cut miter angles up to 60°, and has the capacity to cut round stock at 90° up to 8.93” (22.7 cm). It has flood coolant and both manual and hydraulic descent.
