Integrated Math 1 students build on the descriptive statistics, expressions and equations, functions and geometry work first encountered in the middle grades while using more formal reasoning and precise language as they think deeper about the mathematics.
This course provides foundational work in both Algebra and Geometry. The work of Algebra and Geometry will continue in Integrated Math 2 in the 10th grade prior to a cumulative mathematics exam in the spring of the 10th grade year.
This course counts as a TOPS math credit.
This course is new to Terrebonne Parish in the 2026-2027 school year and takes the place of Algebra 1.
