Since it is a short week this week and a holiday weekend coming up I will be providing a list of Homework activities rather than a tic-tac-toe board. Please try and complete one activity each night to get back into the school day routines.

• Practice making and reading the words that are listed on worksheet 1.1 that came home Monday in your child's folder.
• Practice reading the stories "Kit" and "Kit and Stan" from the reader attached below. You are welcome to download or print the book if you would like a hard copy at home.
• Create a 4-box job (fold a paper so there are 4 boxes) and record the weather daily. Be sure to include temperature (does it feel hot, cold, warm, etc.) and physical weather (cloudy, sunny, windy, etc.). You are welcome to draw pictures or add words or do both. Be sure to label each box with the date.
