Artist statement

The main idea while creating this art was to make you feel like you are looking inside of a room. I made this artwork starting on a piece of blank white paper, I then used a ruler to draw a box and a 2H graphite pencil to draw a vanishing point and then the rest of my lines. I used the vanishing point and the edges of the box to draw lines from them creating what looks like a 3D room. I added a door and a chair, along with ceiling beams and tile floor.

Some revisions I had were deciding where I wanted to put each of the items and opening areas like windows and doors, and how big I wanted them to be.
