Words and Images

For this project I got a picture of this poetry book and a picture of Zoe in a chair and made three different versions. The first one is just the original photo, the second one is black and white, and the third one has a layer of purple over it to give it a cool color.

My favorite version is probably the original because it looks the cleanest and I like that you can see the colors. The other ones are fine but they're kind of boring because they're just one color but different values.

I learned about the way that text interacts with images, this was a photoshop technique that I used quite a lot this year so I didn't struggle with it too much. I think that I have been progressing and understand what looks good and what doesn't.
