Collage 

Artist Statement: 

The main idea that guided my artwork is my collage because I made my collage so that I felt confident enough to be able to paint it as well. 

My work was made with acrylic paint on canvas. I didn't choose these materials, but I think they worked out pretty well for this project. 

For this artwork I started by figuring out my collage and putting it together so that I could confidently paint it. I chose a lot of sky pictures because I thought that those would be easier to do with paint. I then got to painting my collage which took a little bit of time with the paint mixing as that was pretty much the hardest part for me.
