Candy Still Life

Artist Statement: 

The main idea that guided my artwork for this unit was perspective. While creating all of my artwork I was focusing on how I saw the objects.

To make all of my artwork for this unit I always started by lightly sketching with graphite pencils on either drawing paper, watercolor paper, or pastel paper. For the shaded spheres I started using color and used colored pencils, watercolor, and marker. I narrowed my coloring materials on my candy still life as I only used colored pencils. 

For all of my artwork I started with graphite and then started adding colors to bring the realistic affect to my artwork.  I also tried to blend my colors the best I could on the spheres and for parts of my candy still life.
