Spaghetti with Gai-lan( Chinese broccoli) and mixed veggies

How I made

Angel hair spaghetti: ½ lb

Chinese broccoli/Gai-lan: 5 sprig

Tomato: 1 cup (chopped into cubes)

Carrot: ½ cup (chopped into cubes)

Onion: 1 cup( chopped into cubes)

Green bell pepper: 1 no( chopped into cubes)

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Butter: 1 tablespoon

Grated Parmesan cheese: 2 tablespoon

Crushed Chili flakes: 1 teaspoon

Italian seasoning: 1/2 tablespoon

Salt: 2 ½ teaspoon or to taste.

How I made

In sauce pot add 6 cups of water and bring to boil, when starts boiling add 2 teaspoon of salt and angel hair spaghetti and cook for 4 minutes or until it cooked al dente. Drain in a colander and set aside.

In a skillet add 1 tablespoon of butter and olive oil and add chopped onion when onion gets fried for about 3 minutes add chopped bell pepper and carrot and cook for about 6 minutes, then add Chinese broccoli and wilt for about 3 minutes and then add Italian seasoning, red chili flakes and tomato cook for about 3 minutes and then add cooked spaghetti into the vegetable mixtures and mix everything to combine well. Remove from the fire and when you are ready to serve add parmesan cheese.
