Neighborhood Improvement Program - Round 3 Construction to start next week for Jack D. Quarles Park

Hello Zach White Neighborhood Association,

Construction for the NIP Round 3 – Coach Jack D. Quarles Park Improvements will start the beginning of next week.

Coach Jack D. Quarles Park will be closed for approximately four (4) months. Contractors need 3 months for construction and recommend at least an additional 30 day for the seeding to take.

The contractor will be closing off both sides of the park and will be using some of the landscape boulders to block access points.

Improvements include:

• Applying 70,000 sq. ft. of Hybrid Bermuda Grass hydro-seeding
• Adding 2” meter and irrigation system
• Adding 25 native trees, 3” diameter, including drip system
• Adding additional boulders
