City Representative Niland and the City of El Paso’s Transportation Planning Division will hold a community design charrette on Wednesday, January 29, 2014, from 3 to 8pm in the Zach White Elementary School Community Room to discuss improvements to River Bend Drive.
A formal presentation will be given at 6pm.
