River Bend Drive back on the Major Thoroughfare Plan?

Dear Neighbors,

We have received a certified letter from the City proposing to put River Bend Drive back on the Major Thoroughfare Plan.

ZWNA has scheduled a meeting with Kevin Smith, Senior Planner/Transportation Planning, at Zach White Elementary School on Monday, June 24, 2013 at 6:00 pm. Mr. Smith has agreed to present the City's proposal and to answer any questions residents have. Please plan to attend this very important meeting.

Following this meeting there will be two public hearings. Please make plans to attend these meetings:

· Thursday, June 27, 2013, 1:30pm at City Council Chambers, 1^st Floor, City Hall, 300 N. Campbell. In this meeting the City Planning Commission will vote whether or not to recommend the proposal to City Council;

· and Tuesday, July 2, 2013, 8:30am at City Council Chambers. In this meeting City Council will vote on the proposal.
