The City of El Paso’s Capital Improvement Department would like to invite you to a virtual pre-construction community meeting for the Chuck Heinrich (11055 Loma del Norte Dr.) & Mary Frances Keisling (651 Gomez Road) Trailhead Improvement projects.

• Landscape work

• 2-inch caliper trees

• Irrigation system

• Trash Receptacle

• Tree Landscaping & Irrigation

• Asphalt parking spaces to match existing conditions
