MEDITATION BASED FROM PSALM 3
1 Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

Chief, My Creator, My Shepherd, I want to know where I am going. I know you will tell me. Hear me, Chief, the Omniscient One, the one who foresees.
Hear me, Holy Spirit. Hear me now, God the Holy Spirit. You promised to help your people. There is nothing you do not see.
