Mr. Beer Bewitched Amber Ale - HME2.86 lb, Extract, Extract
Mr. Beer Bewitched Red Ale 2.90 oz, Pellet, 5 minutes
Mr. Beer Dry Ale Yeast 2.50 unit, Yeast, Temperature Range: 68°-76° F 2.0 GRAMS

Recipe Notes:
Place 2 quarts filered water in a 5 quart pot and heat to 160*F add the grains for 30 minutes
Remove grains bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add HME
Cool in an Ice bath.
Add 1 gallon cooled water to the LBK, add the cooled wort (if needed top off to the 8.5 line then add 2 cups more water)
Aerate and take OG sample.
Pitch yeast, wait 10 minutes.
Aerate again and maintain 64-68*F temp for 21 days

Taste of OG sample was OK, damn Coopers Pride of Ringwood Hops was there
OG = 1.052 @ 70*F
FG = 1.013 @ 63*F
ABV = 5.3%

Bottled up 24 - 12oz bottles with alittle left for me to drink. CO2 ended up to be about 2.7
This one looking to be better than I expected
