Add the can of Oregon Raspberries
10/02/2012
Little Pellicle in the beer, taste is great, but will make the beer have to be drank sooner
10/06/2012
Bottleed up today, got 15 - 16oz Swing-top and 1 20oz PET bottle to monitor C02 pressure
I drank about 12oz since it was full uf sediment and did not want a rub bottle with the pellicle.
I added 65g Booster for about 2.6 C02
I screwed up and forgot the FG sample so will have to do the projected for a estimated ABV, but the beer tasted cleaned than a wheat normally would so I am thinking it might be slightly higher than estimated
I also added 20ml Raspberry Extract since the raspberry flavor was very mild and I wanted to bump it up some.

Taste is pretty good, this is the trub bottle.
I placed a second bottle in fridge which I will compare
