Recipe Notes:

Fill keg with filtered cold water to the 4-quart mark on the back.

Using the sanitized measuring cup, place 2 quart of water into a clean 5-quart pot, then SLOWLY sprinkle in Booster™ while continually stirring to avoid clumping, heat to boil, remove from heat.

Stir in Amber UME and place back on heat and add whole cascade hops, boil 15 min, remove from heat.

Stir HME into mixture, place in ice bath to cool.

Once WORT is cooled pour wort into keg. Bring the volume of the keg to the 8.5-quart mark by adding more cold water. Stir vigorously to mix well.

Sprinkle yeast packets into keg and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Stir vigorously again to aerate, then screw on lid.

Ferment by placing the keg out of direct sunlight and in a location with a consistent temperature. Allow beer to ferment at room temperature (between 66°-68°F).

On day 7-10 place pellet cascade hops into the sanitized hop sack with stainless steel weights tying it closed, then trim away excess material, open LBK and lower into the sack into the keg and allow to sink.

Allow beer to ferment for 2 weeks longer at room temperature (between 66°-68°F).

Batch Notes:

This is a modiication on "Proud Papa Pilsner"

Is a light IPA Pale Ale

The Hydro sample taste like Moon Man (New Glarus Brewing Company's - No Coast Pale Ale) Very very yummy!
