Briess LME - Golden Light 1.00 lb, Extract, Extract

CaraPils - [Body, Head] 0.25 lb, Grain, Steeped

Mr. Beer/Coopers Mexican Cerveza1.87 lb, Extract, Extract

Mr. Beer/Coopers Mexican Cerveza1.00 oz, Pellet, 5 minutes

Sterling - Zpicy, herbal hop with a hint of citrus. Can be used as both a bittering and aroma hop0.50 oz, Pellet, 20 minutes

Lime 1.00 unit, Flavor, Zest and juice from 1 lime

Mr. Beer Dry Ale Yeast 1.00 unit, Yeast, Temperature Range: 68°-76° F 5.0 GRAMS

Recipe Notes:

Place 2 quarts filered water in a 20 quart pot and heat to 160*F add the grains for 30 minutes

Remove grains, Add LME and bring to a boil.

Add hops, boil for 15 minutes, add Agave Nectar and Lime zest and juice and boil 5 min more

Remove from heat and add HME

Cool in an Ice bath to 110 - 120*F.

Add 1 gallon cooled water to the LBK, add the cooled wort, top off to 2.25gallons (marked on my LBK)

Mix well and take OG sample

Aerate and pitch yeast, wait 30 minutes.

Aerate again maintain 66-68*F temp for 21 days

OG = 1.062 @66*F

FG = 1.010 @ 66*F

ABV = 6.9%

Bottled 23 - 12oz bottles and had about 3oz to taste. Used 65g Booster for 2.6 CO2.

Lime flavor was very light, I think I should have added some "True Lime"
