Hersbrucker (Germany) - Noble aroma hop moderate fruit, spice and floral0.25 oz, Pellet, 10 minutes

Corriander Seed 1.00 unit, Spice, tsp, Crush then add 10 minutes before flameout

Lemon Zest 2.00 unit, Yeast, tsp, tsp 5 minutes before flameout

Orange Peel, Sweet 2.00 unit, Spice, tsp, 5 minutes before flameout

Safbrew T-58 Dry Ale Yeast 1.00 unit, Yeast, Temperature Range: 59°-75° F 11.5 GRAMS

Recipe Notes:

Place 2 quarts filered water in a 5 quart pot, Add LME and bring to a boil.

Add Bittering hops, boil for 25 minutes

Add Flavor hops, boil for 10 minutes

Add Aroma hops and Coriander, boil for 5 minutes

Add Orange and Lemon peal, boil for 5 minutes

Cool in an Ice bath.

Add 1 gallon cooled water to the LBK, add the cooled wort (if needed top off to the Bottom of "Quarts" on fermenter)

Aerate and take OG sample.

Pitch yeast, wait 15 minutes.

Aerate again and maintain 66-70*F temp for 10 days

Add Dry Hops hops, and maintain 66-70*F temp for 11 days

FG = 1.012@ 63*F

ABV = 6.3%

Taste was alright, but not as good as I had hoped

Nice hop flavor and hint of spice
