Taste was really great, pretty Hoppy but as it ages that will balance out

Bottled today with 61g Booster and got 22 - 12oz bottles and about 3oz for me to drink. The carb should be about 2.5 CO2.
The smell was like Barley but the taste was like a very strong German Doppel with a ton of hops. The slight after-taste was like a barley wine.
Think this will age perfect for 2012 holiday season.
