All credit for deliveries goes to skilled midwives.
Kodati Sambayya here on Facebook has commented that ‘most of the normal
deliveries are done entirely by midwives only, but they don’t get credit for their work.’
It is not true. Had there been no skilled midwives there as there are now, most of the
deliveries in India would have culminated in brutal murders, considering the incompetence of present day Indian doctors after introducing the system of non-merit payment and capitation seats for M.B.B.S.Course. All credit for safe and normal deliveries goes to the dedicated midwives of India. In my knowledge I know that a lady who got 5 marks for English First Paper and 8 marks for English Second Paper out of a 100 for each paper in her school made it to the post of Assistant Surgeon in the Kerala Health Services. Justice M.P.Menon Commission has commented that they could expose only just a few of the fake mark list cases and thousands are still working in the health services. Indian Medical Association has uttered not a word about this great scam. No midwife in India has ever degraded herself to such low academic standards. Or is it that Medicine and Surgery are taught in India not in English? Midwifery is the most ancient healing art in India and in the world. It is time some one writes an ode to midwifery.
