Organizations

Adult Choir

The Adult choir enhances the worship service throughout the year. The choir is under the direction of Mrs. Lois Marbuger. The choir practices after the Sunday worship service in the balcony from September to May. Come and lift up your voice unto the Lord

Ladies Aid

The St. John's Ladies Aid is affiliated with the Lutheran Women's Missionary League. Both organizations promoted the advancement of the Gospel through prayer, financial support and personal service. Personal service includes the collection of mites, which support a variety of mission projects, visiting the nursing homes and making quilts. The Ladies Aid meets on the second Sunday of the month at 7 pm. with a Bible Study followed by a business meeting. And you never know when goodies will be served to the enjoyment of all those present.

Lutheran Youth Fellowship

The youth group of the congregation involves students in grades 7 through 12. The LYF meets on the 1st Sunday of the month. The youth are involved in many fellowship activities. Their annual fund raiser is a BBQ Chicken Dinner on the 1st Sunday in December. The proceeds assist members to attend youth gatherings such as Glorybound and the National Youth Gathering. The youth also serve breakfast on Easter Sunday. Free will donations are given to a charitable organization. Join this group for fun and fellowship.
