Nokia N8

The latest gadget from Nokia is positioned to compete against IPhone and new Android smartphones. N8 is smart touch UI with 12MP (Yes 12 mega-pixels) camera. It is available as UNLOCKED phone with GSM and WCDMA. It has inbuilt FM tuner. The Nokia N8 with Symbian 3 OS delivers excellent camera with high video quality. The smartphone gives free turn-by-turn navigation via Ovi Maps. Sound quality of calls as well as music player is very good. The music player has got great usability improvements since earlier Symbian versions and is very nice to use now.

With dimensions of 113.5mm x 59mm x 12.9mm, the N8 fits nicely into the palm of the hand, and it's just 135g. The scratch-proof anodised aluminium casing gives the device a stylish appearance and protection from everyday use.

It is available for ~$500 (oct 2010).
