pb1979 : Sir, What I understand, Godrej and Boyce has given Vikhrili land to Godrej Industries on lease for 99 years and Godrej industries and given development rights to Godrej properties, the revenue sharing ratio being 40:60 between God. Ind and God. Prop. Sir, please help me understand that if the land is on lease then how can residential, commercial properties built on it be sold out by the Godrej properties. Kindly, please help us understand the model.

purvgupt2 : Damani Jee..The kind of market we are into for last 6-8 months, It is very difficult to justfy investment decisions as they do not cover up your cost of capital or else one has to trade. The other options for investor is to buy and forget. Look at long term picture 5 years. In Mid cap some of the investment decision really clicks but some of the picked non performers gets one back to square position. What is a good exit strategy, some fundaments if you could share?

Ramesh Damani : in a portfolio of 5 scripts..if you have one ten bagger,,two so-so and 2 complete losses,,you will still come out way ahead
