REGISTER for the 2010-11 Cupertino Hoops season NOW!!!

- Register Early, Space is Limited

- Player or Parent MUST be present during Registration

- Location:

     Quinlan Community Center in Cupertino

- Dates and Times:

     Monday Sept 20th 7-9pm -- For Returnees, Siblings and Coaches ONLY

     Monday Sept 27th 7-9pm -- Open to Everyone

- Divisions:

     4th / 5th / 6th Grade Girls

     6th / 7th / 8th Grade Girls -- Advanced 6th Graders

     4th / 5th Grade Boys

     6th / 7th / 8th Grade Boys

     6th / 7th / 8th Grade Boys Competitive

- Evaluation Required During Wk of Oct 10th and 17th for all 6th / 7th / 8th Graders

What to Bring:

- Emergency Contact, Health Insurance, Family Doctor Information

OR

- Completed Registration Form (available at the CHoops web site)

AND

- Check or Cash Payable to Cupertino Hoops

        Fees are $175 for the season per player

        (fees include uniform and team picture)
