Ingredients
- 3/4 C mayo
 - 2 T vinegar (apple cider or red wine)
 - 1 T yellow mustard
 - 1 t sugar
 - 1 lb macaroni
 - 2-3  roma tomatos, chopped
 - 1/2-1 onion, chopped
 - 1/2-1 green pepper, chopped
 
Directions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain & rinse
 - Mix mayo, vinegar, mustard, and sugar in a large serving bowl
 - Stir in macaroni and chopped vegetables
 - Can serve immediately, but it's better if it chills for 30 minutes or so.
