Souvlaki
Marinade Ingredients
- 1/2 C E.V. olive oil
- 1/2 C red wine vinegar
- 5 t dried oregano
- 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t black pepper
- dash of cinnemon
Directions
- Assemble all ingredients in a gallon zip-lock bag and shake well to combine
- Add meat (chicken pieces, pork chops, pork tenderloin, etc) and allow to marinade for at least 1 hour. Longer is better for larger pieces of meat.
- Grill/bake/roast meat as desired
