Carolyn's Punch
Ingredients
- 1 large can Pineapple Juice (44 oz)
- 1 large frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
- 1 large frozen Lemonade Concentrate
- 1 large Chilled Ginger Ale (2 L)
Directions
- Defrost Orange Juice Concentrate and Lemonade Concentrate.
- In Punch Bowl, mix with Pineapple Juice into a single liquid.
- Add Ginger Ale
- Chill until serving
- (Optional) In a large mixing bowl or shaped cake pan, fill bottom with 2-3 in of water. Freeze to make a large ice shape. The size of the ice will keep the punch cooler without rapidly melting and diluting the flavor.
