Marinade Ingredients
  • 1/2 C E.V. olive oil
  • 1/2 C red wine vinegar
  • 5 t dried oregano
  • 3 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • dash of cinnemon

  1. Assemble all ingredients in a gallon zip-lock bag and shake well to combine
  2. Add meat (chicken pieces, pork chops, pork tenderloin, etc) and allow to marinade for at least 1 hour. Longer is better for larger pieces of meat.
  3. Grill/bake/roast meat as desired
