（１）今年度の専門演習は、米国法を粛々と勉強しております。
前期のテーマは アメリカ合衆国憲法修正5条です。
Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamaous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury,
except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger;
nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb;
nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself,
nor be deprived of life, liberty, without due process of law;
nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
米国憲法の勉強も交えつつ、Penn Central Transportation Company ｖ.City of New York 438 U.S.104(1978) を特に所有権の内容を検討しながら、皆で読んでおります。
ちなみに後期のテーマは米国財産法です。特に不動産法（Real Property）です。
（２）６月末までに判例を一つ 何とか読み終えたので、次は、国際交渉＆仲裁の勉強です。
INC（大学対抗交渉コンペティション）の過去問で取組ませていただきます。英語の勉強をしたい学生もいるので、一石二鳥です。
