ROJoson Intentional Life Plan - Evaluation - 2021 - Being Productive

ROJoson Intentional Life Plan Evaluation, Review and Improvement Planning on January 19, 2022 (Period covered - 2021)

Second goal: To be productive until graduation day.

Evaluation:

I have been maintaining my productivity since my 70th birthday on January 31, 2019.

With the COVID19 lockdown, I think I was more productive because I could control my time with a project plan (ROJoson COVID19 Quarantine and Sabbatical Leave) and without waste of time in traffic and other activities.

Have been accomplishing at least 3 tasks per day as my criterion for contentment:

• Medical practice - ROJoson Telemedical Consultation

• Medical education – online preceptorials and blog

• Hospital administration –online lectures and blog

• Public health education – blog

• Family bonding

• Exercise-relaxation

• Social networking

Have accomplished partly my 8 focused projects from 2019 to 2024:

• How to Live Life

• Tips for General-Surgeons-to-Be

• 100-Bed Level 2, Private General Hospital Design and Operations Manual

• Quality and Safety / Risk Management System for Hospitals

• Medical Curriculum Enhancement

• Options for Medical Management – Diagnostic and Treatment Procedures

• Clinical Research

• Safety Promotion and Disaster Preparedness Programs For All

The most notable productivity accomplishments for 2021 are:

Surviving the COVID19 pandemic by staying home and being productive to patients and community:

  1. Accomplishing my Mission COVID19 for the year 2021 with flying colors - giving free medical services to more than 300 persons with COVID19 symptoms on a personal level as well as volunteer of PGH COVID TeleGabay and OVP-Bayanihan E-Konsulta; giving free medical certificates or clearances to more than 100 persons for COVID vaccination; assisting patients procuring emergency COVID19 drugs like tocilizumab; completing the Kilos Kommunidad Kontra COVID (a search for excellent community-based initiatives against COVID - in cooperation with the Department of Family and Community Medicine of UPCM and PGH - December 14, 2021).

  2. Continuing my unique brand of ROJoson Telemedical Consultation from March 17, 2020 up to now (January 2022) - almost 2 years now.

  3. Establishing the ROJoson PEP Talk for laypeople in May 15, 2021 and continuing up to present with 29 Saturday Talks and with 45 graduates on the CORE COURSE.

  4. Accomplishing the second virtual meet of the Cancer Crusaders Club on December 5, 2021.
