·         With on and off disturbing left flank pain on standing up up to September 2022 but now no more after I placed pillow on my back when I would sleep.  NO MORE flank pain on standing up (after sleeping) for 5 months now.   See history of my flank pain.

·    Note 1 on acute event affecting my health: Still have bouts of anxiety and mild depression since started in October 19, 2021, on and off, up to now - January 23, 2023.  Am still working on it.  But I have remained functional and productive.

·         Note 2 on acute event affecting my health:  In the first week of January 2022, I had a severe throat pain (first time that had happened to me in my life).  Although I did not have RT-PCR test for COVID19, I just assumed it was COVID Omicron because of the surge going on.  It might not be COVID19.  It might be a flu or non-specific pharyngitis.  I self-isolated and self-quarantined.  In about 3 to 4 days, the throat pain subsided without medications except for two to three tablets of mefenamic acid.  As of January 15, 2022, I declared myself as fully recovered.   I had remained functional and productive during this time.  I conducted ROJoson Telemedical Consultations and gave a PEP Talk on January 8, 2022.  See my blog: https://rojosonedhedephi.wordpress.com/2022/01/06/covid19-flu-colds-or-nonspecific-pharyngitis-for-rojoson/

·         Note 3 on acute event affecting my health: No more bouts of flu-like symptoms since January 2022 up to January 27, 2023.
