Project Exercise 2022 Onwards

Project WE/SFE (Walking / Stretching-Flexing Exercise) for ROJoson – Resolution for 2022

RESOLUTION FOR 2022

January 19, 2022 (735pm)

Will institutionalize my physical exercises for the next 2 years at least (from February 1, 2022 to January 31, 2024) — if still alive and abled, will do it until age 83 or 2032.

Project WE/SFE (Project Walking Exercise /Stretching-Flexing Exercise)

Daily

SFE – at least 25 to 30 minutes / day – structured (ROJoson Regimen)

WE – at least 6 km / day – split into 3 km in the morning and 3 km in the evening.

Will try to add dance steps (such as Foxtrot / Chacha) in SFE.

Wish me luck – discipline / perseverance!

Hopefully, will do it for the next 10 years (up to age 83 / 2032)

Note: I have been doing daily walking exercise and stretching and flexing exercises since 2015 – 2022 will be my 7th year.
