ROJoson Intentional Life Plan Evaluation, Review and Improvement Planning on January 7, 2020
Third goal: To have always peace of mind until graduation day.
Evaluation:
I have been trying my very best always to have a peaceful mind since my 70th birthday on January 31, 2019.
I have reviewed my PEACE OF MIND strategic plans and goals and tactical plans on October 13, 2019.
I have been accomplishing these tactical plans:
· Always be at peace with God.
· Always be at peace with every other human being.
· Always be at peace with authority.
I HAVE MAINTAINED A PEACE OF MIND EVERY DAY FOR THE WHOLE YEAR OF 2020 DESPITE THE LOCKDOWN, DESPITE THE REDUCED REVENUES FROM MEDICAL PRACTICE. MAIN STRATEGY USED: KEPT MYSELF PRODUCTIVE AT HOME TO PATIENTS AND COMMUNITY.
Strategic Plans and Goals:
ALWAYS HAVE PEACE OF MIND to promote CONTENTMENT, ENJOYMENT, HAPPINESS, LONGEVITY AND HAPPY DEATH.
Tactical Plans / Goals: (Operational plans / goals and contingency plans will be formulated in the near future)
· Always be at peace with God.
· Always be at peace with every other human being.
· Always be at peace with authority.
Proactive management of possible stresses (anxiety, challenges and problems)
· Prevention plan
· Mitigation plan
· Preparedness plan
· Response plan
· Recovery plan
· Contingency plan
Management of actual stress on hand
· Use of contingency plan
· Think positively
· Don't worry too much
· Think: everything will come to pass
REVIEW AND IMPROVEMENT PLAN:
Just had a review in October 2019.
Will continue to maintain these strategic and tactical plans which are still apt to this time.
Will gather evidences on how having a peace of mind will contribute to CONTENTMENT, ENJOYMENT, HAPPINESS, LONGEVITY AND HAPPY DEATH.
