Huge suite of creative products - https://www.autodesk.co.uk/products
We have access to everything through an educational license. Some products are available in the software center (start menu) and some you need to register on the autodesk website and download yourself. It seems this year they are pushing an 'integrated' approach with their Fusion 360 product. This is a cloud based product where you can collaborate on designs. Basically for our purposes you can design mechanical CAD items and PCB designs in the same software and then check everything fits together etc. The PCB element is basically the Autodesk Eagle program so you can follow many tutorials for that. It's a little buggy at the moment (May 2020) but updates all of the time and should be powerful when it all works well. Plus they are definitely going to discontinue Eagle etc so you might as well get used to it.
