All new lab users (PDRAs, PGRs, project students and visitors) should review the lab risk assessments for the appropriate lab (222b or 222c lab1) and sign off (1 will then countersign)

A copy of the risk assessment should be emailed by each lab user to the SoE safety officer Dr Andrew Glidle <Andrew.Glidle@glasgow.ac.uk>

All lab users need to undergo laser safety training (viewing a DVD) and return the completed form to John Nelson <john.nelson@glasgow.ac.uk>
