Bristol switch off system as it was making a grinding noise

J Silverstone Bristol reported problem to RHH (!)

CNA 11C - 40 k hrs

HC-4E 1400 hrs

(therefore total RDK 101D cold head use 41400 hrs)

HC-4E does not turn on at all (electrical problem?)
