The "instruction manual" is just a 4 page booklet, although to be fair there is not much that needs to be said about operating this power supply. Knowing I would eventually lose the paper manual, I scanned it, converted it to a PDF, and uploaded it so I could always find a copy.

This review is going to be very brief, because my primary motive for including it here was to make it possible to find the manual and other relevant information in the future. As I write this, I have used the power supply only one time, but I can report that it powered up with no problems, and performed as expected.
I purchased the power supply to use with a magnetic chuck that I purchased at an auction. The chuck was in good shape, but the original power supply for it was missing. My hope was that this power supply would work with the chuck to enable me to magnetize it and put it back into service. This seems to be successful, though I have not yet tried actually using the chuck yet.
If I run into any problems with the power supply, I will report them here.
