The following is a calculation that may help you decide which membership package best suits you. It is manually created so do double-check that the rates in the sheet do match the official ones, and let Rick know if you spot a difference.
This first section shows the 2024 rates and 2025 when published. 2025 published values seem to have lowered green fees and raised membership fees.
This mainly focusses on Weekday (55+) membership. If you play weekends then different rates would apply of course
This first segment of the chart shows the prices. Note that the last three lines are for information only they are not used in any comparisons
At the moment (11 February) the specific fee for a Classic 9 member to play the 18 hole courses does not appear to be published. However, last year it is believed it was the same as the fee for a Weekday 55+ member to play weekends, so may be the $29.35 fee shown for that upgrade.
The pay per use fee for a "Play and Pay" cart membership is stated to be $12.48 but in the subsequent Terms and Conditions it is said to be $13.25 (as that was last year's rate I suspect they did not realise that it was also in that section).
This section shows how many 'events' you need to play in order to breakeven when comparing non-member rates.
Weekday membership, walking
Weekday & Partial Cart membership and 'per use' cart fee
Weekday & Full Cart membership
This chart shows that there is a substantial increase in the cost of the discount to be a member
