You can download a list of members and their contact details by using a button at the bottom left hand side of your Dashboard. It will also show which members are committee members (and their role) as well as marking members who are 'new' this year (meaning that they were not members last year).
It is up to date when you view it or download it. There is generally, no need to keep a copy as you can download or view the latest whenever you want to.
