Absence Alert

For Gaffers events, the tee times and groupings are all scheduled by Rob Worsnop.     

If you know you will be absent for any week in the season, you can use the Absence Alert feature to pass the information to Rob. When he is then preparing the groups for such days, your name will not be allocated to a tee time.

You can update your status any number of weeks in advance and change it if the circumstances change. 

This allows Rob to make sure we have enough tee times each week and that he gets in the right players.  View Absences for all Players

Open the system by selecting the Absence Alert button on your dash board.





You will see your name and a list of all upcoming weeks with checkboxes. 

This is to show absences, so click a box if you are NOT going to play. So any checked boxes means that the system thinks you are not going to play that day.

When you click it, a note appears in the rightmost column, with a red annotation at the top showing that the date is being saved. 

The 'saving' notice will clear when saving is complete, but you can continue to check others. Just wait until the 'saving' notice goes away before you close the window.



When you are finished, just close the window.
