Scheduler Process Notes

Scheduler can ask for the Consolation Event Draw to be accelerated once all the Main event rounds 1 and 2 have been played.

Pending Matches may include a member who has not yet completed their minimum number of submitted scores (Currently - 3). The player will be marked as '[Games - n]' instead of a handicap as an indicator. It is the Scheduler's option whether to default the member if the deadline has arrived.

In the unlikely event that more than 60 players are planning to be available, the Scheduler will arrange for an extra slot to be booked (manually). The scheduler will need to add the booked time to the Tee Groups sheet for that week so the correct times can be shown on the tee sheet. Note that the sheet provided to the Pro Shop will only show the regular tee times.
