Italian Breaded Pork Chops

6 boneless pork loin chops

3 eggs

1 1/4 c. almond flour

1 Tbl oregano

1 Tbl. basil

2 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder

1 tsp. sea salt

1 tsp. fresh cracked pepper

2 to 3 Tbl. olive oil or coconut oil

1) Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2) Beat eggs in a medium sized shallow dish, set aside.

3) Mix almond flour, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper in a medium sized shallow dish.

4.) Preheat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

5.) Dip each side of the pork chops in egg, then dredge in flour mixture drop into skillet and brown on both sides, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side. Once chops are browned place in a baking pan lightly sprayed with olive oil. 

6.) Bake pork chops for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
