Scope

次の卓越した進化する社会に向けた半導体デバイスの技術革新に関する現状と将来展望について議論する。具体的には先端CMOS技術、新規メモリ技術、シリコン量子コンピューティング、新材料、パワー・通信デバイスの第一線の研究者をお招きして講演いただくとともに議論を行う。

In this symposium, current status and future perspectives of semiconductor device technology innovations are presented by leading researchers toward next distinguished evolutional world. The topics include advanced CMOS technology, novel memory technology, Si quantum computing, 2D material for manufacturing, and power/communication devices.
