This policy refers to all on-farm, harvest, and packing house employees.
All existing and new employees shall receive training appropriate to their job responsibilities. Trainings will take place for the start of the season in March-April by Mario Ramirez from So Mo Co Safety, LLC. New employees who start after the start of the season will be trained by management.
Different topics can be presented concurrently during the same training.
All workers will sign in on Worker Training Log (Appendix A.) during company provided trainings. Certificates of training received outside of the company can be proof of training.
