I will present how the effects of anomalous tWb couplings show up in B physics on one hand
and in top quark physics on the other. In particular, observables in B-Bbar mixing and rare B decays
provide indirect constraints on anomalous couplings. I will compare these constraints with the direct
constraints obtained from helicity fractions of the W boson produced in top quark's main decay channel
and from single top production to show that they are in a sense complementary to the indirect constraints.
