The Deaths of Dragons
A planned work of allegorical fiction meant to slyly reveal some of the actual and assumed motivations and interests of the Dragons playing the game. The work will cover everything from the War of Cyelena to the death of Shul. In it, the stand-in for Cyax is implied to be colluding behind the scenes with Shul for unknown reasons.
Act 1. The Ruined Land
A brief recounting of the War and the fall of Cyelena. Will contain some non-common, historical perspective gleaned from interviews in Glad's travels. But more about this event in particular will be revealed as appropriate in the following chapters as the events the conspire after add context to what came before.
Act 2. The Stolen Pillar
Recounts LeShrac stealilng Equinos and attempting to provoke war against Brenthia. Mention is made of Serosan and Veckra as well.
Act 3. The Return of Dragons
Recounts the attack on Chracio's Pit, the return of Chracio, and the movement and consequences these actions provoked.
Act 4. The Circle
Recounts the effort by the Silver Foxes to build an alliance against Shul and those who agree to join and decline to partake. Mention is made of Serosan again.
Act 5. The City Under Siege
Recounts the Siege of Cyelena. With greater emphasis placed on the political alliances and antagonistic relations between pillars and nations.
Act 6. The Death of Xisben
Recounts the disposal of LeShrac and tragedy of Xisben's undoing
Act 7. The Western Campaign
Recounts the effort to invade and destabilize the West
Act 8. The Deaths of Dragons
Recounts everything from the attack on Encatus to the death of Shul
